All rooms and apartments are air-conditioned and have balconies overlooking the sea, satellite TV, bathroom and apartments also have equipped kitchen.

Near the Villa Millenium, there is a mini market (daily fresh fruit and vegetables, newspapers …). Our guests have their own parking and beautifully landscaped private beach just 20 meters away from the house.

We offer the possibility of renting JET SKI and organizing excursions as well as transfers to and from the airport (Čilipi – Dubrovnik).

Neum is characterized by long and hot summers and short and mild winters, and it is a place with the largest number of sunny days.

The average monthly sea temperatures range from about 13 ° C in January to 32 ° C in July and August. Favorable climatic conditions, besides bathing and sunbathing, allow climate therapy for almost seven months a year, consisting of pure coastal air, coastal promenades, and various water sports activities.

Neum is located in a favorable position, so it’s just about an hour’s drive away from attractive tourist centers – Dubrovnik 60 km, Mostar 70 km, Međugorje 60 km, Korčula 50 km, NP Mljet, Neretva 20 km …

There are organized tourist excursions to each destination every day, and there is an excellent connection to regular bus lines.
